Meet Dr. Hocker
Dr. Hocker grew up on his family's farm outside of Montoursville. After graduating from Penn State University in Animal Science, he went on to get his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. He practiced large and small animal in Wayne County, Pennsylvania for five years prior to opening the Montoursville Veterinary Hospital in 1991.

After hours emergency service for small animals is provided by the Animal Emergency Center in Watsontown. Call (570) 742-7400 if your pet(s) has an emergency after hours or holidays.
VCA Metzger Animal Hospital also provides emergency care. They are located at 1044 Benner Pike , State College , PA 16801. Call (814) 237-5333.
